Composting is a weekly newsletter from Chris Mohney. The top layer is about compost. Underneath are deeper layers about posting—writing, publishing, work, media, aging, family, friendship, eating, drinking, and similar subjects that pass into the earth.

Archives of writing from other platforms have been raked into layers even further down, most recently from my Strange Work newsletter on Substack. Much of this material has been moved and turned over several times at this point, often revised or completely redone in each change of state.
